- Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. - Important (Video Proof)
It is mandatory to record a video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery.
If video proof is not available, we will not be able to process any return or refund request. - Return Request
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please share your order details along with clear video/photos of the product. - Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. - Damaged Products
We ensure secure and careful packaging of all products (such as wooden combs and hair oil bottles).
However, if the product is damaged during delivery (e.g., broken comb or leaked/broken oil bottle), the claim will only be accepted with proper video proof. - Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. - Replacement
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability. - Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost. - Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
